Pale yellow. Opulent pineapple, floral, herbal nose. In taste: citrus, unripe pineapple, herbs, green olive. Classic cool climate Sauvignon Blanc — a strong testament to the quality white wine growing conditions of the Casablanca Valley. While this wine may not have the depth of similar Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand's South Island or the upper Loire, it really provides a lot for the price. Bottom line: outstanding value for a summer sipper.
