Cassis, other fruits, and some oak on the nose. Fruit forward and seemingly young initially, but really opens up after a few hours of air with layers of complexity (decant would accelerate opening). Delicious with medium to full body and a long finish. I'm planning to give my two other bottles more age, but we really enjoyed this bottle. High quality juice.
A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 2% Petite Verdot, and 1% Cabernet Franc that clocks in at 13.0% alcohol. Youthful, exuberant, fleshy, concentrated, lush, and expansive with an aromatic and flavor profile of cassis, blackberry, graphite, and cedar/oak. Just a terrific wine that is already drinking well, but seemingly has the raw material and certainly the pedigree to warrant at least mid-term aging. 92(+?) points.
