  First night: Zingy acidity, and good balance. Found nice lemon and pineapple nuances with decent length.
  Three days later, after being vacumm pumped and regfrigerated, it really mellowed out into a much rounder acidity and nose. THe flavors became more gelatanous and aproachable but it did loose some length.

  Shows typical NZ lime and faintly grassy herbs, but also some surprising, rich stone fruits particularly peach. The palate was dominated by lime and lime zest, with racy acidity. Very good.
