Not much to add from previous note on tasting quality. Fruit profile - mainly citrus with perhaps a touch of peach. Wonderfull spice and vanilla from oak and less butter than other vintages. Finish is strong and complex with minerality and some tannins.

Old World Blind Tasting >$25 (Bin 75): Paler yellow with green hues; faint nose, pear, apple, some sulfur, some vegetal notes but not strong; palate is unexpectedly rich, apple, pear, vanilla, malo richness, a little lemon on the finish; ok.

Excellent expression of the fruit flavors of the Chardonnay grape . Superb use of oak - and in this case it is not subtle. Zippy finish. The body and structure are matched correctly. Interestingly, the buttery component is not that strong here - perhaps that is a vintage or cellaring issue - this may deserve investigation.

Great acidity, lemon peel, ripe apple on nose, wet rock, apple and a salacious finish.

- Aromas of eucalyptus, mint, lemon and pineapple. It's balanced. Linear texture with a medium finish.
