THE Burgundy Dinner (The Doctors Nosnik Cellar - Dallas TX): Open several hours, with a 1-hour decant before serving. Dense and with lots of roast meat aromas and flavors. Black fruit with lots of concentration and almost perfectly matching structure. Great now, this will age gracefully for decades to come.
Still remarkably primary with sweet fruit, wood and vanilla traces and a sappy nose. Loads of ripe fruit. Lots of potential here but this is not yet suave. Daresay another 10 years is required and will last for a long time beyond that. 94-95+
