  Its lost a bit of speed of the fast ball, but drinking it in the sun may have made up for it. Drinking it while watching hockey may have added a note of irony to the finish.

  Floral, rather than sweet and cloying. Structured, but not overly, old world, dry . Great balance of fruit, acid and minerality. Very Californian and therefore perfect for unseasonably perfect days in November.
