On this hot summer evening, this was a perfect "early" wine for enjoying in the shade while the food still cooked. I got a crisp apple on the nose right off the bat followed up with some butterscotch & vanilla. Tastes very creamy and smooth with lots of tropical flavors like coconut and pineapple. I know a the bottle says, and other tasters have said, this wine hits you with berries (strawberry/raspberry) but I'm not getting that at all. And I'm OK with that.

Delicious and refreshing. On the list of top roses for me. More red fruit notes of strawberry raspberry, melon, some slight herbal notes with citrus and great acids.

One of my favorite WA state rose. Peach, melon, mineral, wrapped up in a nice citrus framework. Summers gone but I can enjoy roses all year long!

PnP. Drank over 2 nights.
First night was very nice - dry and crisp with hints of watermelon and grapefruit. Medium finish.
Second night - lost some of its verve and crispness and tasted much fuller.
Would have scored this 89 - 90 if consumed entire bottle on first night.

Flat and mute on both nose and palate. Hopefully an off bottle as I have one remaining. Have been impressed with Syncline's rose in prior vintages.
