  • Stored in my cellar for close to forty years, I decanted it for two hours. The color is dark red, no brown on the edge. The nose is quite forward with dark fruit, blackberries, and some lilac. The full body was dark fruit forward with big legs. It's finish is lingering
with fruit. I only wish I had bought more.

  • Very surprising bottle; low ullage in neck and considerable sediment when decanted. Not much happening until after several hours, wine opened... and what a treat! 14.0% ABV

Color: brick red with brown edges

Nose: clearly an old cabernet; dried fruit

Body/flavor: medium-full body; complex and rich flavors... beautifully blended with dried fruit

    Aftertaste: lingering
