  • I'm all for all-natural off the beaten track geek wines ala Sicily's Frank C, and this certainly fits the bill. It looks like concentrated urine. It smells like rotten apricots, decaying roses, and concentrated urine. Tastes like a sherried Rhone white. This is not bad but it isn't really good either. Might lead to some interesting conversation but certainly doesn't have the complexity or evolution of Frank C's wines.

  • Boy, is this different! Kinda like a cross between a Sauternes, apple cider, and sherry. And, no, it doesn't quite work, at least for me. The aroma is spicy apricot/marmalade, along with some pear, apple, acetone. 14.25% abv, but it seems higher. It starts off a little flabby, then finishes a tad effervescent, hot and acidic. I'm guessing that if I drank a whole bottle (in one sitting), it might start to grow on me….

  • Well made wine, fresh and full of spice. Completely different and a wonderful find.
