  Lots of big dark earthy fruit with well balanced acids and still showing nice tannins. This is dark, rich and has a lip smacking long finish.

  Decanted 2 hours. Paired with a big rib-eye. Big fruit with a nice blend of pepper, spice and earth. Nice wine.

  Decanted about 1.5 hours, paired with a nice Strip. Lot's of big red fruit, with just the right dose of earth, pepper, spice and leather. A really nice Cab at this price point.
