Went quite well with upscale Chinese food. Acid of the wine balanced the fat of the food.

Nice fruit forward rose. Light red color with good acidity. A little sweeter than I like.
Medium pink in the glass, subtle hints of red berry on the nose, palate is nearing bone dry with crisp acidity giving way to notes of tart cranberry and cherry. Nice.
Light salmon pink in color. Can smell and taste the Paso Robles dirt. Hints of pale strawberry. very light, crisp and worthy of any Luberon Rose. Drink while you can still where white...
Light peach color. Nose is a shovel full of dirt and crushed strawberry, hello south of France. Quite dry, actually, with a crisp finish. Really nice job with this wine and reasonable price.
