Dinner at bogenhausener hof last night. Elegant and light in a good sense. Hits all the st Julien registers. Possibly at peak plateau now.

Soirée vins compris. Robe tirant vers le pourpre. Nez rond et mûr cuir pruneau. Hyper souple et rond en bouche. Très agréable et gourmand, opulent. 90-91.

Deep garnet.
Berries, prunes, earth nose.
No real primary fruits left. Medium tannins.
Figs, prunes, tar, earth with some savoury flavours on the palate.
Flattening out a little and I believe should be drunk up in the next 4/5 years.

처음 따자마자는 조금 강건해서 1시간 정도는 시간이 최소한 필요할 것으로 보인다.
구조감도 괜찮아서 코어가 비어있지 않은 것으로 보아 지금쯤 딱 적당할 때 마신 것 같다.
그래도 몇년정도 뒀다 마셔도 색다른 즐거움이 있었을 것 같기도.
