A Day in the Willamette Valley (Willamette Valley, OR): Wood, spice, smoke, berries, and a touch of tea. Body shows cranberry, bing cherry, tart acidity and very fine tannins. Quite structured at this stage, and certainly ready to pair well with food.
best wine from our Drouhin tasting... great stuff
Complex. Concentrated. Substantial.
full bodied PN, balanced and complex with excellent mouth feel, earthy but fruit blends in nicely, drank with rack of lamb; will drink again.
