Ripe (2012 was a warm year) with good body, aromatic and pleasant acidity, not at all sharp. Very similar to Pinot Gris from Oregon. Well done and holding up nicely.

Since we tasted it last Sept, it seems to have modulated into more of a Pinot Gris than a Pinot Grigio. Acid is even softer than it was. Round, floral grapefruit, guava and lychee is more prominent. Still yummy.
