  Very light straw yellow color. In the glass there appeared to be a small amount of residual gas as bubbles formed on the surface of the wine glasses. Full aromas of honeydew melon, grapefruit, peach and apricot. Wine provided an initial acid bite followed by a mineral element. Texture was creamy and supported melon and rock fruit flavors.
