  Thought by this time it might have gone south, but I was wrong. Full, Apple and Pear flavored, balanced and elegant. Let it decant for 30 min minimum.

  Rich aromas of gravelly minerals, pear, kiwi and melon. Texture is juicy and soft with plenty of tropical fruit on the front turning drier on the finish.

  With the seared scallops at Xmas dinner. Guava, Green Apples and wet rocks define the palate. With a minimal amount of citrus and a nice long finish, this an excellent wine.

  My first reaction was that this white wine was too sweet. But after the first taste I got to like this more and more. I prefer more citrus but this is OK.
