Peter Bourne - what's happening with Australian Pinot Noir (Dank Street, Waterloo, Sydney): muted red currant with a slight herbal almost anise note that also shows some funky/meaty aromas. On the palate there is red currant, medium front of mouth tannic grip, slight alcohol warmth and meaty notes encroach on the relatively short finish. Nah.
