Outstanding, beautifully balanced. Wish I'd bought a case.
Lovely gentle gold tinged color.
Nose of apple and a hint of something marginally tropical like kumquat or kiwi. Vaguely floral, like an alang-alang, swear to God, though not fighting for attention. Even the nose was balanced.
Tasting was just lovely... only the mildest touch of Chardonnay butterfat and neither a cloying syrupy aspect or an acidic finish. In between spoonfuls of my homemade tomato soup, this wine absolutely exploded with a melange of fruity flavors of kumquat, quince, and a touch of mango. This was a good pairing.
I also consumed a fresh fish curry (red, not green paste), garnished with stir fried whole almonds, and buttery stir fried sugar peas and green beans. Good pairing because I opted out of Mr T's mango chutney (turns out I'm allergic) but I got a good dose of mango in the wine, and that was lovely.
I have no idea how a chardonnay can be this flavorful and have no cloying or overly buttery angle. It had such a clean finish, too.

Bright green/gold in colour. Nose clean but somewhat subdued. Acid dominates the palate, apples and some toasty flavours. Not unpleasant but not special either. Won't buy more.

A bit artificial, grease on the nose. Quite nice acid, nutty.
