50/50 rousanne clairette. Light straw color. Light bodied. Apple, melon, honeydew, lychee, pineapple. Very floral. Exotic. For the blend, it has some acid, but clairette is known for oxidizing so I might drink up in the next few years.
Popped and poured. This is a medium yellow wine, with a nose of honeysuckle and spring flowers. In the mouth, this is viscous, supple, yet fresh, leaving a slightly sweet note. Overall, this is a good, workmanlike CdP blanc. Drink now or for several years. 91 points.
