Pretty golden color, yeast, citrus, and apples on the nose and creamy mouthfeel. Really good, easy drinking sparkler for $17. My current favorite at this price point.

brvino Wine Tasting #1 - Chips and Wine Pairing (brvino Undergraduate Wine Club at UCLA): Smells very nice: a bit of toast but also a lot of fruit. Apple and some citrus. It works very well all together. On the palate it’s a little sweet for my taste, but there is acid and bitterness as well, definitely balanced. That’s definitely great for the money. 8+/18

By the glass. Last time I had to try bottles from this winery was with a very bland BdB millésime except for a wonderful nose. Now a brut NV that should be found several steps below offers a representation far above with an aromatic ranging from apple to wild white flowers with a special emphasis on the crisp appearance of red berries and yeast. The palate stands out for its creamy texture and extraordinary length.

Relatively dark in colour. Rosie, red, creamy apples with a slight toasting. Very enjoyable.
