  2011 Maison Champy Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru En Caradeux. Light, mid straw gold; light citrus, floral nose. Light mid body. Softening acid. A little over the hill. 15-15.5 UC Davis scale, 87 to 88 other scales.

  Tight when first poured, but opened up nicely in the first hour. Flavors of peach , pear and stone. Should be good for another five years at least.
