Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Chilled approximately 1 hour before serving. Nose shows some oxidation in the form of bruised apples. Beyond that linger plenty of spice notes along with Meyer lemon, quince, beeswax, and wood. On the palate I enjoyed the richness, balanced by good acidity, that brought a smooth, lush mouthfeel. Flavors of apple, Meyer lemon, peach, lychee, and quince all worked in harmony. This is perhaps 2-3 years past peak but still holding together nicely. Drink now.
