A bit past its prime but still a nice bottle of wine. Pleasant fruit and a medium finish. Previously I had only tasted Fox Creek shiraz but would consider other Fox Creek wines based on this bottle.

Dark purple color. Tons of aromas coming from this beaut. Gorgeous aromas of plum, cedar, tar and blackberrys. A great finish as well. Not a lot of tannins but great mouthfeel that just coats your pallet.

($46) Pleasant, dense, full-bodied. Somewhat lacking in stuffing and concentration on the palate, particularly next to the Greenock Creek and Hattrick.
