This takes 30-60 minutes to open up as its initially rather closed and thin. With time it blossoms nicely and picks up palate weight and richness. Seems to have a polished style, especially for NSG. Good earthy flavors with some modest spice intensity. Fairly classic Burgundy, if a little four square.
