On the palate it shows a distinguished character with a dosage of 10 grams per liter. It pleases its audience without a doubt. Quite similar tasting event we had two years ago.
Por copas. Elegante monovarietal de pinot noir vinificado como un blanco. Delicioso en nariz, muy floral sin delatar su origen BdN.
En boca muestra un carácter distinguido con un dosage de 10 gramos por litro. Complace a su público sin duda. Cata muy similar a la que tuvimos hace dos años.

By the glass. 100% pinot noir and yet it seems that one can appreciate the delicacy and lightness of some chardonnay. Perhaps that dosage of 10 gr. helps. In short we are in front of a delicious champagne with notes of bakery and a silk texture. Always a good choice that not only does not disappoint but to fall in love with.
Por copas. 100% pinot noir y sin embargo pareciera que uno puede apreciar la delicadeza y ligereza de la chardonnay. Quizás ese dosage de 10 gr. ayude. En definitiva estamos frente a un champán delicioso con notas de panadería y una textura de seda. Siempre una elección que no sólo no defrauda si no que enamora.

Some Recent Release Grower Champagnes (Flatiron Wines, San Francisco): Very nice creamy feel. Round pear fruit (doesn't taste particularly like a Pinot-based Champagne), little structure or grip.
