Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • This one shifts around a little - at first quite drying, but over time opens up and puts on weight, before drying out a touch again. Very classical notes of grilled meats, a slight metallic twang on the palate - iron filings and orange. After an hour more rounded - very much Northern Rhone Syrah. Dry finish with the acidity keeping this on the tarte side. A food wine. Decent enough.
