A good cava, the chardonnay adds creamy and fruity flavours that round up and smoothen the experience. May be a bit too simple, but very easy to drink.

Foamy, and bright, lots of tingling on the tongue. lemon and brioche, with a slight bitterness in the finish.

Develops in the glass with temperature.
Apples, pear and rye bread at the beginning, later some tropical fruits and flowers.
Nice acidity.

Fresh on the nose - loads of quince, orange vest, and apricot. There’s nothing out of place. Good value.
