Nice flavor, but it lacked a bit of acid, and definitely weak structure. Hard to draw conclusions since this is only 5 months after a very different experience.

  I began drinking this with around 1 hr of air in a Burgundy Zalto, and the tannins were still intense, even with food. It's got good balance and a nice nose, and at only 12.7 degrees. I'll try it tomorrow with a day in the fridge, but, probably, this still needs 3-5 years. Promising at the price.
