Medium body, dark cherry and currant with cedar up front. Very tasty. This wine should be finished on the day it’s opened. The second night (using VacuVin) the flavor structure broken down and was watery.

Opaque violet in the glass, medium to full bodied, tastes of plum, blackberry, a bit of cranberry and even some black pepper with what seemed at times like a touch of citrus (I know!) in the finish. Not your typical cab franc but good in it's own way.

Very, very nice. Beautiful cab franc characteristics. Plenty of green peppers, cherries, and heaping scoop of oak saw dust. Excellent QPR.
