  👃🏻: Pear, unripe lime, cucumber, light petrol, white flowers, salty rocks.
  
  👅: Some RS but balanced with acidity. The acidity is not as tickling anymore, though. Instead, it has some more depth. Still precise and clean.

  limpid gold green in color. A fresh, airy nose with lime, florals, and slate. Light bodied, filigree fine and understated with a seamless balance if fruit, soil, RS, and acid. Gossamer in texture, lifted and incredibly drinkable. A calm, effortless weightless wine. Just a hint of petrol on the back end. Lovely with Thai. Drinking well with time in hand, but I see no reason to wait.

  A lifted fresh slate driven nose with kaffir lime and florals. On the palate, it's graceful, filigree fine, lacy and slate driven with kaffir and key lime, honeysuckle. It is more soil than fruit driven with a great mix of RS , slate, and acid. Laser sharp, lightweight, and graceful. Finishes clean and crisp. An understated, effortlessly delicious gulpable wine. 91
