  The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral and black currant (cassis). It tastes like blackberry and black pepper. The body is medium.
  
  Very good bottle. Still has some time left I'd say, but not too much. I'll be pulling one every 3-4 months to ensure I get 'em before the slide.
