Lots of honey one the nose. Then some light pineapple and green pea shells. higher acidity this year than usual I think with a more linear texture. Again some honey for the first hour evolving to more subtle and subdued notes of green peas shells, green apple/pear. Acidity kept getting more prominent and it became more herbal. I really enjoyed the wine but it’s not my favorite vintage. Ligther, it lacks the complexity and texture. Short finish.

Powerfull white with white pepper, green apples and log after taste on menthol and gentle bitterness of quinine. A bit late. But shows a superb match with Basque sheep cheese.

Lovely moderately deep gold colour. Subdued aroma, floral, a little oxidation adds interest. Love the palate: rich, ripe flavours with nice texture and lots of acid. Really long aftertaste. Great.

Quite dark colour. Relatively subdued aroma, complex, a bit like pith or maybe the skin of an apricot. Big acid palate, especially at the end. Nice dark honey flavour. Good food wine.

Leesy and pithy, long minerally wine, good but not very serious. I like it but it's way overpriced.
