Delicate wine, go easy on too heavy foods. Nose of fresh hay, yellow lemon and develops after an hour open, even a bit medicinal. Taste of ripe apple, lemon and stone fruits and some dairy notes. Medium long finish with mineralels coming through. medium acidity. Know too little about chablis to judge wether this can age further. Wine develops when open for some hours, nose and taste.

Nice wine and my first Cru Chablis with some age on it. Buttery tones, medium acidity and a long finish.
