Lots of ripe apple aromas and flavors with good density for its level. Acidity comes through near the finish. I never really sensed the telltale mineral/ oystershell character tonight, but think the richness will soften and terroir will emerge in a few years.
Tasted over 3 hrs -translucent pale gold-green -trace reduction funk, saline -med acidity, med weight with proportionate sappy mid-palate of classic Chablis minerality lemon along with a hint of spice element, OK length -solid 1er cru Chablis of substantial stuffing yet not overtly distinctive
