Better than you'd expect given the price level. Some real Hunter character, fragrant, medium bodied. Unusual sophistication for this price.
Best left for a year, then should last until 2020 cellared well.
13.5% ABV, sealed with screw cap.

Score matching Halliday. Unusual for me. Cracking quaffer for $11-12. Moment well spent.

Berries, mostly blackberry, earth, spice. Fresh. Medium bodied but fleshy. Dusty tannins. Excellent length.

Very good vibrant Hunter Valley Shiraz. Barossa fruit junkies look away. This is medium-bodied and the acid rules! Beautiful. Needs food.
