Rather bitter for a chard that has gone through malo. Yellow straw in color, there's some typical oaked chard nose and palate, but if it's going to all come together, it hasn't happened yet.

I like, but think it's not quite all there. Nice chard nose, but on the palate it's harsh. Not sure if I need to sit on the last 2 bottles for awhile or just accept that it's not up to par for De Loach.
