Still a fresh and vibrant wine. Exotic fruits, minerality and some cold bonfire. A little bit of honey in the finish without the sweetness. In some way an Italian version of a dry Riesling. It has still some years ahead but it will be safer to empty those bottles, soon.

A Sauvignon Blanc profile of citrus, grass, and minerals morphed into Rieslingesque flavors of honey and candied stone fruit by day 2. Excellent concentration and presence. A really nice surprise.

Exotic tropical fruit with a silky smooth mouth feel and a stone finish. Lovely.

Straw colour, as the name translates. Refreshing, nice subtle acidity. Its a solid wine. Taste apple, melon and lemon.
