Similar to previous bottle with wax, honey, mulch, seabed mineral, vanilla bean, quince and other citrus, a bit of weight on the palate with a touch of oxidation as a element of complexitiy. A pleasure to drink.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite houses. Fresh and lively nose of lemon, lime, flowers, honey, fresh vanilla bean, aged cheese and sea bed. The mouth feel has weight bit a cleaness too. Mouthwatering acids with complexity of fruit and minerals. So much value here.

Delivered what I expected for the village and cost. If I had more bottles I would let them sit for a couple of years as I suspect the bitterness will round out.
UPDATE: I left about half of the split in the fridge overnight and as I expected, it significantly improved on day two. Hold for a bit or give it a couple hours of air...
