Golden colour. From the Riedel Sauternes glass so no excuses here. Delicate restrained nose, hints of Tahitian lime, clotted cream, honey and beeswax but reserved. Not sweet on first entry but sweet on mid and back palate. Nice weight and viscosity. Tangy apricot essence, herbal elements with different taste to bouquet. Herbal finish moderate to long length. In the prime of its life, another 10 years left in it but by then the acidity level will have dipped. Nice easy drinking, a glass is enough.

Not terribly complex but quite delicious. Orange blossom and rich honey with nice botrytisy tang. Short-medium finish. Drinking well right now but should have plenty of life left.

Color: bright gold. Nose: strong aroma mix of oranges (including lovely play of fleur d'oranger and orange peel), lemon, barley sugar. Some spiciness on top of it. Palate: citruses, with a notable presence of grapefruit. The acidity is a bit too low, but only a bit. Not very clear structure, seems immature though obviously that's not the case. Long finish with a pleasant aftertaste.

Medium gold. The nose is clean, with ripe pear, melon, dried apricot, honey. The palate is sweet and consistent with the nose, but balanced by the medium (+) acidity. This has a smooth and rich mouthfeel, medium (+) flavor intensity and a long finish.
