Rombauer Chardonnay is always dependable. A very nice nose bouquet that lets you are in for a treat. Fruit forward and the signature buttery feel and flavor.

Very nice chardonnay, medium-full bodied, with mineral but also lightly naked character. We prefer their regular chard at less than half the price. Ric

At home over two nights, with scallops and flounder. Mineral style, somewhat austere; nose was pleasant but not overly pronounced. Tasted alongside their regular chardonnay, which we buy for $28, less than half of this, and we prefer the regular, which we think has more flavor and character. However, we like the big, buttery oaky style, which many don't. I would not buy more of this wine at $65, or even $25. Drink up. Ric

We really enjoyed this prototypical Napa chardonnay. Rich and buttery with some delicious hints of butterscotch. Everything we expected.
