Pale gold color. Drank 1 glass over 20+ minutes. This was closed and fairly unimpressive initially, but this really opened nicely over 15 minutes. The nose was citrus, floral, slightly nutty, and has a note of saffron. The palate was citrus, mineral, prominent acid, medium bod, medium finish, a touch bitter initially this rounded out well. Young. Give this some air or better yet a year or so.

Citrus and white floral notes in the nose. Slightly tingly to the tongue. Same citrus and flowers when sipped with a light, almost buttery finish. Paired with black cod (sablefish) and spaghetti squash with spiced walnuts and tangerine oil.
