citrus scents, fills the mouth with dried lemon, stone, citrus and grapefruit, quite interesting and refreshing at the same time, this feels very Italian, should be consumed cold, however interesting background flavors come out with a bit of air and higher temperature, I could see this going well with delicate fish meat and soy sauce

Tuscan Flight (SF Wine Trading Company): Medium yellow. High toned peach fragrance. Rich entry, slight residual sugar, then the concentration falls off but good mineral finish. Reminded me more of Viognier than anything else.

Medium yellow. High toned citrus and herb. Medium weight and acidity. Fruit is more quince in nature. Long, earth filled finish. Quite good.
