  Saved 2 bottles of this until 2021. First bottle never really opened up. This is a review of the 2nd.
  Nose of violets, sawdust and leather book cover. Mouth of plums and carbon paper with excellent height. Medium length finish of aniseed. Excellent food-accompanying wine that is in a good spot right now but I wouldn't be surprised if it kept developing. Some sediment at the bottom.

  The wine has medium acidity. It smells like black currant (cassis) and bready. The wine finishes medium. The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The wine has juicy texture.
