  PnP in ski area parking lot, plastic glasses. Deep purple, no nose. This drank very nicely and fuller than any 2011 I've had to date. Med to full body and flavor intensity, classic CA big style Pinot. Not over extracted, proper red/black fruit, good acid/balance/drinking window. Nothing off. $61

  Love this style of pinot. Lots of dark fruit, relaxed tannin, delicious.

  An ok pinot for everyday drinking, but nothing special. Just not balanced. And not a good value wine for the price. If this were a $25 pinot, you might feel differently.

  A little harsh and metallic upon opening, but an hour decant really softened it up. Nicely balanced flavor.
