(Krug Champagne Vintage Brut) Medium golden color; mature, hazelnut, cream, brioche, kumquat nose; mature, tart citrus, hazelnut, baked lemon, mineral, tart kumquat, marzipan palate with stunning acidity; long bright finish (looks and smells more like a Champagne from the early '80s, but the palate and acidity are age appropriate)
