On the palate also very mature and nutty with rich yellow fruit, chalk, a touch of caramel. There is acidity giving it some freshness but overall tired and clearly past peak. Still fine to drink but on its last leg. Bouchard usually produces a top Genevrieres so would consider this a flawed, advanced bottle, and hope for my remaining two bottles to show better (soon).
