Another great bottle from Sanguis. This Pinot goes great with a variety of dishes. Over 3 day period drank by itself, with TriTip and then with Salmon. Fantastic addition to both meals. As with most of their wines wish I had bought more

Very interesting wine with unexpected qualities. Not a huge wine, which was surprise number 1. Lots of funky notes (another surprise) almost like one expects from an old CdP of all things. Earthy, with decent red fruit. I liked it and was intrigued by it, yet it just did not come together good enough to merit a higher score. Would like to try another to see how consistent it is.

Very good if a bit fruit forward with a touch of sweetness. Opened a couple of hours before drinking; could have done with another hour or so.
