  Knoll Ried Schütt vertical + X (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Tasted blind. Clear, medium golden color. Very fine, elegant nose with some corn (no popcorn) and yellow fruit.
  On the palate very fine,precise and mineral. Beautiful tension and structure. With time and air some green fruit appear. Oak is wonderfully integrated. Deep and dense, long salty and delicate finish. Needs air and time. 93+
