  • Cork very sound, barely tinged at the bottom. Lightish red, a bit cloudy at cellar temperature. No decant. Very pronouned aroma, intriguing but not familiar. Even more unusual flavor profile. Initially all herbaceousness, with grassy notes and (surprisingly) broccoli sprouts. Dialed over to a bit sweeter fruit after time in the glass. Nice acidity and tannin. Pleasurable texture. Very unique wine. Good price point.

  • Chamomile and dutched cocoa on the nose. Very precise and attenuated on the palate with lovely waterwatering acidity and a birchy backnote. Solid finish which slightly grows in weight over time, but never weighty. Energizing in a way. Enjoyable over an evening with nibbles and charcuterie, especially a duck proscuitto I made.

  • Pronounced nose of mocha/chocolate with some herbs in the backgroundd, the palate is similar with some fruit also, nice acidity and somewhat drying tannins, a ver unique flavor/aroma profile because of the mocha, probably wouldn't buy again.
