Nuts, sort of an un-ripe honeydew flavor. The oak is dominant at this point but it's beautiful oak so not a problem. I would give it another two years. This seems to have a longer life span than most white Burgundies.

Pretty linear and lean. Not sure showing expected weight for that site. Not expected Sauzet style

Oxidised. Expensive mistake. I’m never buying Sauzet or indeed white burgundy again. This is it for me. Done.

Acker Burgundy Dinner (The Writing Room (88th & 2nd Ave)): My favorite of the Sauzet flight, this was just a bit more ethereal than the others. Hints of honey, tart lemon but more muted and subtle on the palette.
